Step Inside: From Supercomputing to Virtual Worlds

We’re opening our doors: to children and adults, and, of course, to IT enthusiasts of all ages. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 3 at the Leibniz Computing Center (LRZ).

You will see innovative quantum computers, powerful AI systems, and massive supercomputers, as well as storage archives and data libraries. Immerse yourself in the world of research and science: be surprised by simulations and visualizations in 3D. Move through blood vessels, walk through palaces, or travel into the interior of the Earth, where streams of magma move continents. Experience virtual reality live or take apart a computer and see what happens inside.
