Scope of Services and Service Specifics
- Advice on needs analysis
- Setting up the Veeam Cloud Backup repo in collaboration and coordination with the customer organization
- Professional operation of the cloud infrastructure in the data center of the LRZ
- Assumption of fault clearance insofar as these fall under the responsibility of the LRZ
- Optional (for an extra charge):
- Creation of another backup copy in a remote data center of an LRZ partner
Availability
- A monthly availability of the service of at least 95% is aimed for
- By default, a version of the backup data is stored on storage with RAID6 redundancy
Confidentiality
- Backup data is stored in encrypted form in the data center of the LRZ or a partner institution
