We use the CLS/ALPHA simulations of QCD with 2 and 2 1 dynamicalflavours of quarks in order to compute B-meson observables with high precision. The b-quark istreated by HQET.The renormalization of the theory is carried out non-perturbatively,applying the methods pioneeredby the collaboration and developing them further. Recent discrepanciesof analysis in the flavour sector of the Standard Model provide strongmotivation for the study of leptonic and semileptonic B-decays. This isour main focus. Computations with small lattice spacings are carried outto be able to extrapolate to the continuum limit of the theory.In a second part we evaluate the scale needed in the computation ofthe 3-flavour Lambda parameter in QCD.
