Dear user of the Linux Cluster!
In the past you could submit Trouble Tickets via our old web frontend, which you found on this webpage. On August 17, 2010, we changed our Trouble Ticket system. You can find the web interface for the new trouble ticket system on
The old email-based Trouble Ticket system will continue to work for already submitted Trouble Tickets until they are closed (we will not transfer your tickets from the old to the new system!), but you cannot submit new Trouble Tickets to the old system anymore. Please, use the above link to the new Self Service to submit your trouble tickets from now on.
Please delete old bookmarks to this page, and replace them by bookmarks to the new Self Service on https://servicedesk.lrz.de/.
